How to Prepare Files

Export your tracks in WAV format. Bit depth: 64, 32, 24 or 16.
Don’t change sample rate. If you recorded the music 44100hz keep it there. Same with all sample rates.
Put all instruments on separate tracks.
If you have vst plugins on tracks you can export both effected and raw tracks.
Leave few dbs headroom to avoid clipping.
Export synths and software drums as an audio files. Drums on separate track each. You can include additional midi files.
If songs are recorded to grid create and export tempo track or other information of tempo and tempo changes.
You can send also rough mixes of the songs to give guidelines.
Put each song in own folder. Zip and send the zip file.
