How to Prepare Files
- Export your tracks in WAV format. Bit depth: 64, 32, 24 or 16.
- Don’t change sample rate. If you recorded the music 44100hz keep it there. Same with all sample rates.
- Put all instruments on separate tracks.
- If you have vst plugins on tracks you can export both effected and raw tracks.
- Leave few dbs headroom to avoid clipping.
- Export synths and software drums as an audio files. Drums on separate track each. You can include additional midi files.
- If songs are recorded to grid create and export tempo track or other information of tempo and tempo changes.
- You can send also rough mixes of the songs to give guidelines.
- Put each song in own folder. Zip and send the zip file.
